Mayor de Blasio Announces Key to NYC Vaccination Mandate Will Begin Tomorrow, August 17 reported:
“Mayor Bill de Blasio today announced the Key to NYC vaccination mandate for indoor dining, entertainment and fitness will start tomorrow, August 17. Enforcement will begin, with a multi-agency coalition, on September 13. Read the Executive Order here. 'New York City has one mission: defeat the delta variant and build a recovery for all of us,' said Mayor Bill de Blasio.
'The Key to NYC sends a powerful message that vaccination will unlock our city’s potential, and we’ll stop at nothing to save lives and keep New Yorkers safe.' 'The Key to NYC will unlock many of our favorite activities,' said Health Commissioner Dr. Dave A. Chokshi. 'Vaccination makes every activity safer and this is a common-sense precaution to keep patrons of gyms, restaurants and indoor entertainment healthy…. Penalties for failure to comply after September 13 start at $1,000 and can reach $5,000 for repeated violators.'”
In the first five days of the new “vaccination” mandate, two restaurants experienced altercations (one violent) with customers and one restaurant owner deciding to sue NYC over the mandate. Several restaurants have refused to discriminate. Some are even posting signs showing their refusal.
In the 1960s, some Black Americans in the Civil Rights Movement participated in sit-ins at lunch counters that refused to serve them on the basis of race. That memory is still fresh in the minds of many. With 72% of Black New Yorkers not vaccinated, the new rules barring “unvaxxed” from indoor restaurants can feel a lot like racial discrimination. Perhaps that’s why there were conflicts at two NYC restaurants in the first week of this policy.
Angry NYC Restaurant Customers
Brooklyn restaurant altercation over vaccine shows that a Black family that had already been seated objected when asked by the restaurant to provide proof of vaccination. This is unlikely to happen again as other restaurants are requesting proof of vaccination and ID at the door.
The article below shows that a restaurant’s refusal to seat Black tourists from Texas inside turned violent. The tourists may not have been aware of the policy. The restaurant could have offered to seat them in the outdoor part of the restaurant. However, that may not have been as appealing -- especially on a rainy day.
Caught On Video: Carmine’s Hostess Attacked After Asking Tourists For Proof Of Vaccination
“There’s extra security Friday at Carmine’s on the Upper West Side a day after a hostess was attacked by a group of tourists. Police say they refused to show proof of vaccination in order to eat inside. As CBS2’s Kevin Rincon reports, vaccination checks are ongoing at the door of the restaurant after the three tourists from Texas assaulted a 24-year-old hostess.
The NYPD said the hostess was punched, slapped and her necklace ripped off after she asked the group for proof of vaccination, a new city policy to dine indoors. People needed to be physically pulled off as they nearly knocked over the hostess stand. 'This turned into a mess. And from there, it’s inexcusable, ridiculous,' Carmine’s owner Jeff Banks said. 'We ID for 21-year-olds all the time at the bar. We’ve done training weeks before this, talking about the enforcement.'
NYC Vaccine Mandate: Where And How To Show Proof Of Vaccination For Indoor Activities
Carmine’s owner said the 24-year-old hostess just started working there weeks ago. 'Our employee, thankfully, is safe right now. She’s extremely shook up,' Banks said. 'Two other people had minor issues.' 'I saw her scratched on the neck,' a chef added.”
“Vaccine” Mandate Costs Restaurants 20-25% First Week
A Manhattan restaurant said business dropped up to 25% in a week -- and its owner blames NYC’s vaccine mandate

“The owner of a burger restaurant in downtown Manhattan said business plunged by up to 25% in a week – and he blamed it on New York City's vaccine mandate. Art Depole, who co-owns the Mooyah Burgers, Fries, and Shakes restaurant in Times Square, told Insider that the mandate was deterring people from visiting his establishment. This loss in business could cause his restaurant to raise prices, he said.
Under rules introduced last week, people need to provide proof of at least one COVID-19 shot to eat at restaurants in New York City. Depole estimated that sales at his restaurant were between 20% and 25% down that week, with lunchtime and weekend traffic hit the hardest. Rising cases of the Delta variant could also be putting people off from eating out, Depole said. Sales have dropped at Mooyah restaurants in tourist-heavy areas because the Delta variant has deterred people from traveling, Natalie Anderson Liu, vice president of brand at Mooyah, told Insider. And tourists usually make up just over half of all visitors at the Times Square location, Depole added.”
NYC Restaurant Suing The City
The August 19 video De Blasio faces lawsuit over vaccine mandate says:
“Owner of Kellogg’s Diner in Brooklyn, Irene Siderakis, joins ‘Fox & Friends’ to speak out on New York Mayor Bill de Blasio’s vaccine mandate.” Siderakis reports that she felt threatened when a customer warned her, 'You better not refuse to serve me'. She is suing NYC about the mandate. The city is, in effect, forcing restaurants to serve as police."

Some NYC Restaurants Refuse to Discriminate Against Unvaxxed
A NYC restaurant manager goes renegade in the face of new vaccination-proof rules reports:
“Not all Big Apple restaurants were happy as a citywide vaccine mandate took effect on Monday — and some are all but thumbing their noses at the controversial clampdown.
The so-called 'Key to NYC' program — which requires diners to show proof they’ve been vaccinated from COVID — has gotten support from high-profile restaurateurs like Danny Meyer of the Gramercy Tavern and Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, as well as the owners of Sylvia’s in Harlem. But some fret that the new rules won’t be enforceable, and that they will turn off tourists as local eateries scramble to recover from a year and a half of lockdowns. Others say they won’t even try to enforce the new rule beginning Sept. 13, when city inspections at restaurants, indoor entertainment venues and gyms are slated to begin.
Shortly after Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the new rules on Aug. 3, a sign appeared in the front window of Pasticceria Rocco, a pastry shop and diner in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn: 'We do not discriminate against any customer based on sex, gender, race, creed, age, vaccinated or unvaccinated. All customers who wish to patronize are welcome.' 'For me, it’s not political — most of my customers are vaccinated,' said Mary Josephine Generoso, who manages the eatery. 'It’s about civil liberties and freedoms. Now we have to be in a society where people can’t roam freely and enter my place of business if they want to? How is that OK in the United States of America?'
Pasticceria Rocco’s manager said she hoped her sign would encourage others to resist rules that require diners to show proof of vaccination. Generoso said she hasn’t spoken with city officials about the new rules — and admitted she isn’t exactly sure what she’ll do if they show up at her door. 'It’s scary. I feel like we will be made an example of,' Generoso said. 'It is really hard to go up against a machine, and that’s what we are up against. Honestly, I put the sign up because I was hoping that other business owners would also have the courage to speak out. But it is mainly our customers who have reached out in support.'"

NYC Teachers Protest “Vaccine” Mandate
On September 13 when NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio’s “Key to NYC” program went fully into effect, Teachers For Choice held a huge rally at Foley Square in NYC to protest the city’s “vaccine” mandate that would force teachers to get the COVID shot by September 27 or be put on a year of unpaid leave.
See NYC Unions Protest COVID Vaccine Mandate about the August 25 protest in NYC. Michael Kane of Teachers For Choice explained that the protests are not “anti-vaxx”. They are Pro Choice. That’s why many people who got the shots support the rallies. On September 14, a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was granted which gave teachers a reprieve from the September 27 deadline. In Why am I so EXCITED about the recent TRO?, Kane points out, “Do you really think it is a coincidence that THE DAY AFTER OUR SECOND MASSIVE PROTEST IN MANHATTAN two TROs were granted in two cases that stopped forced vaccination in NY???”
Kane reported in Discrimination & Segregation of the Unvaccinated will NOT be Tolerated on 9/18:
“Just one month ago, forced vaccination to work or participate in society in NYC seemed to be a done deal. Then TEACHERS FOR CHOICE sponsored a massive protest at City Hall on August 25th, and another on September 13th, and boy has the tide changed since. The MLC lawsuit – which is the entire NYC unionized workforce suing City Hall – has gotten a restraining order against the September 27th covid vaccine deadline for all Department of Education employees. More lawsuits wait in the wings (including TEACHERS FOR CHOICE, which is coming in days) and more public figures are getting bold enough to speak out against forced vaccination mandates.
There is a cultural shift happening as well. Shortly after our protest, hip-hop superstar Nicki Minaj spoke out about being unvaccinated herself and defending the rights of those who choose not to get the covid vaccine. And in the political mish-mosh world we find ourselves in today, Minaj ended up retweeting Tucker Carlson’s defense of her on FOX News. (You gotta love that!). Also shortly after our protest, comedian Jim Breuer announced he will not perform at any venues that segregate and discriminate against unvaccinated patrons. This is how we are going to win. The tide is turning. It is not ok to segregate or discriminate in America over race, creed, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or vaccine status.”
DEL BIGTREE Spoke at NYC PROTEST on September 13!
Del Bigtree, host of the weekly fact-based news series The HighWire was the keynote speaker at the TEACHERS FOR CHOICE protest on September 13.
Bigtree was an Emmy Award winning producer of “The Doctors” TV show and produced the 2016 documentary Vaxxed: From Coverup To Catastrophe that went viral! The HighWire is seen in 35 nations and has an audience of millions. Bigtree has been fighting for our rights to medical freedom before most of us knew we needed to fight for those rights. He is an amazingly dynamic speaker and strong advocate of our constitutional rights including free speech and open debate.

'This Guy's a Hero': How One Man Is Fighting Back Against Vaccine Mandates in NYC
Ari Hasanaj was inspired by the poster in the window of Rocco’s restaurant which says "We do not discriminate against ANY customer based on sex, gender, race, creed, age, vaccinated or unvaccinated. All customers who wish to patronize are welcome in our establishment." He created more posters and went to restaurants, asking them to post the sign. A majority agreed. He told the rally that he had put lots posters on the table at the rally and asked people to help distribute them. See the video.

NYC Mayoral Candidate Vows To End “Vaccine” Mandates
Bill Pepitone, Conservative candidate for NYC Mayor, spoke at the 9/13 rally. He said if he is elected, he will end the vaccine mandates. Michael Kane of Teachers For Choice said he had invited all the NYC mayoral candidates to speak at the August 25 rally, but others did not respond.
CDC Admits Fully Vaccinated Spread Delta Variant
Why War On Unvaccinated Is So Dangerous For Everyone explains that forcing everyone to get the COVID shot ignores science and data.
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky just reversed policy (video) says the “new data” shows COVID injections don’t stop infection or prevent transmission. So, getting the shot doesn’t protect the people who get it or others. She says we should expect tens of thousands of breakthrough cases.
OXFORD VACCINE SCIENTIST ADMITS — NO HERD IMMUNITY FROM JABS (Video)
“The jab doesn’t protect or does it? CDC Director Walensky says the obvious — it doesn’t stop transmission by vaccinated. Now a professor with the Oxford Vaccine Group (AstraZeneca) says herd immunity is impossible. So why are we obsessing and forcing jabs?”
So, only the naturally infected provide herd immunity.
Why Natural Immunity Is Vastly Superior To COVID Shots
Del Bigtree demonstrated in How Del Has Been Ahead of The Curve on COVID in Episode 226 Ahead of The Curve (Video) why COVID injections cannot compete with natural immunity. Del used a football analogy to show the difference between the “non-specific antibodies” in the natural immune system that can handle any variant vs “specific antibodies” created by COVID shots that are powerless against all variants! That’s why fully-vaccinated people have to get “booster” shots now -- and for every variant.
THIS SHOWS THAT ONLY THE UNVAXXED CAN PROVIDE THE HERD IMUUNITY TO END THIS VIRUS!
All of Episode 226 is worth watching, particularly starting about 39 minutes.

Five Fundamental Facts COVID “Vaccine” Policy Ignores
The COVID-19 “vaccine” policy ignores the following five critical facts:
1 - CDC statistics show COVID-19 poses little risk for most people.
2 - Four inexpensive proven treatments for COVID have saved hundreds of thousands of American COVID patients.
3 - The COVID injections do not meet any of the five criteria for vaccines. The shots do not to stop people from getting or transmitting COVID. Their only claim is they may lessen symptoms.
4 - There have been many serious injuries and deaths from the COVID “vaccines”.
Video: VAERS shows more deaths from COVID shots in four months than from all US vaccines from mid-1997 to 2013 combined. So, they are not “safe and effective”.
Natural Immunity provides more robust and longer lasting protection than COVID shots.
