Morning exercise is one of the key to healthy lifestyle. Many of us performing desk job whether a clerk, office stuff, doctor, laweer etc. In this nature of work we need to spend some time in other means of activity like exercise in the morning and afternoon so that we can get out of the sitting nature from our job style. There are some other direct benefits of early morning exercise like we can have fresh environment and air. Along with that we can practice early rising which is too good for our health.

We can do our regular exercise in several times of the day like morning evening or afternoon. But if we choose the morning time we can have the habit of early rising with the same time as well. That's why I always prefer the timing of exercise is the morning. Special early morning is the best time because with the same time we can enjoy the nature and have some backend area in the road where you will have trouble free movement throughout the road. In the afternoon it is not possible because the road are not free that's why you will have to focus on the cars passing by. So now we can easily understand the benefits of morning exercise is really great from several angles.

In this photograph I am sharing my morning exercise moments of last couple of days back. It was enjoyable day for me because after having a lot of exercise in the early morning it was a refreshing day for me and I was very active in my work throughout the day. It was rainy environment and night night full of rainfall that you can see from the roads that it is still having some water after the rain but when I was walking and running there were no rain at all. Overall the environment was so good for walking and I have enjoyed a lot in the early morning of the day. You can have such kind of walking in the early morning and I am pretty sure that you will enjoy after a certain weeks.
