Why don’t we budget for buying green vegetables and fresh fruits?

There is a saying in our society that some people sell milk and drink alcohol, while others sell alcohol and drink milk.

Honestly, now we have a budget for everything but honestly we don't have enough budget to buy fresh food like green vegetables or fresh fruits. But we don't want to buy green vegetables and fresh fruits. Because we refrain from buying fruits on the pretext of rising prices of fruits in the market. Nor do we ever budget for buying fruit. We now have a tendency to think that buying fresh fruit is a waste of money.

But we have a lot of budget to buy the thing that needs off. Or there are many of us who gamble or spend a lot of money illegally but don't spend much on food. Many people even spend extra money to buy clothes or products of their choice but we never think of spending money to buy the things that we need most for our health but we consider them as a waste.

We all know that first of all we need good health. Because if we maintain good health, we will be able to dress and concentrate on other things. But to be honest, the work we spend the most money on right now will be in vain if we do not have good health.

It is true that people in rural areas eat less fruit than in urban areas. In particular, they do not have a separate budget for it. However, people in rural areas or people in urban areas are reluctant to buy fruits even if they buy green vegetables. People in rural areas do not want to buy fruits easily without special needs. But fruits are very important for our body. We should reduce the cost in other parts and save some for fruits and some budget for buying green vegetables. That will keep us healthy.
