The proverb health is wealth means health is of great importance. A healthy man is fit and able to do any possible work. A wealthy man, on the other hand if suffering from any disease is unable to do anything. Thus health overweights all other assets of life.

I've been a strong advocate of mental health because I have seen people being careless about it. They think that it is not important.

Health, according to WHO, is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health is not confined to the myth of absence of any sickness. It goes beyond that and requires stability in almost all domains of life.

A person with sound physical health is likely to have bodily functions and processes working properly. A better physical health allows one to live an active and positive life.

Balanced diet, proper sleep and regular exercise ensure that in doesn't need to spend money on medication.

Furthermore, department of health and human services says that mental health is a person's emotional and psychological wellbeing. People often consider mental health less important but, the fact is, it is as important as physical health.

Depression, stress and anxiety are detrimental to a person's health.
Spend some time with nature and you'll start feeling a change within yourself.
