Hello lovelies, welcome to this post where I would be sharing ideas on taking walks, the different types of walk. I do hope you learn something interesting today. 💕

A WALK: This is moving at a regular pace by lifting 🚶‍♂️ and setting down each foot in turn and this is in a simple form never having both feet off the ground at once

WALKING: Sometimes overlooked as merely a form of exercise, is a very important way of keeping our life and health in check.

Walking 🚶‍♀️can offer numerous health benefits to people of all ages and fitness levels.

WHY WE NEED A ROUTINE WALK:

It is very important for us to know why we must take a walk not just because it is an exercise but for all we can gain from it.

  • Walking makes our blood carries more oxygen to your muscles, making your body adapt to using oxygen more efficiently which leads to better and stronger blood flow throughout your body.
  • Walking is a great way to improve and maintain good healthy bones by reducing excessively accumulated body fat.
  • Walking briskly can help us build stamina, burn excess calories, make our heart healthier. Just 10 minutes daily brisk walking helps us a lot in improving our health.
  • Although a good distance to walk 💃 every day is about 10,000 steps which equates to about five miles a day, this benefits mostly those who sit at a desk all day. A good active minutes a day, three times the amount recommended by the centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Here is a look at five (5) ways we can incorporate walking into our fitness routine:

  • Stroller Walking

  • Brisket Walking

  • Race Walking

  • Marathon Walking

  • Power Walking
