Your health is important

The most important way to keep fit is the way we eat and work out. I start my day by drinking a lot of lukewarm water. Once or twice, I mix Aloe Vera and amla juice in water. I mostly eat homemade bread, but I also eat brown rice, brown sugar, brown pasta, and different type of brown carbs.

I believe that eating white carbs is harmful, and best avoided in our diet. Our favorite medium for cooking is olive oil. We like to eat different vegetables and fruits.

After a workout, sometimes I drink protein shakes, other times I have dates or black raisins. By the way, I also like sweets and fried foods once in a while, but not regularly. But I try to neutralize their effect with some extra workouts. By the way, I am no longer doing strength training and cardio, but I have been trying yoga with my wife, not regularly though. My wife loves yoga so much that she does it every day.

I go for light meditation after a workout to remove the stress created by running, jogging, and biking. Try these, as they are good at keeping you fit and live a longer life.
