I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Another good day on Monday after 5 full days of eating healthy while doing some daily reps and drinking plenty of water, I feel ready to fully go at joining my hot yoga classes again. Monday 18:15 | Wednesday 18:15 | Friday 12:15 currently is the plan weekly doing 2 90-Minute Sessions and 1 60-Minute session. Starting in October my regular weekly hour of Tennis well also be back. So everything seems to be back to normal which should do wonders for my overall health and weight.
