Hi #actifit Yesterday I hurt my shoulder very bad I think I pulled some muscle. At the moment I can’t lift my arm up and it is terrible 😔 today I have to stay home so it will cost me money as well to bad. I hope your days are going better then mine! Stay healthy all..
