# Well-being doesn't come easily, no matter if it's physical or mental. We need to put an intentional effort to make our life better. And it's become easy if we can gradually input some daily through our choices. It can be from food to friend, from exercise to mindfulness.

Like your sleeping routine, food habit, monitor time, everything. And then map what you need to do to change things for the better. Like including a healthy diet, exercising, reducing alcohol, etc. As long as we don't learn to point out the things impacting our lives on a daily basis we can't change it for better. Gradually putting something effective every single day may not sound much. But it impacts a lot in the long term. And when we talk about well-being, this is what the most important thing is. Because long term impacts work better. It's like including better things in life and making it a habit. * Include more healthy food your grocery shopping list. * Do a five-minute exercise at home. * Meditate regularly. * Befriend with positive-minded people. * Practice gratitude

And as I have said earlier, these little things don't seem much effective at first. But these little changes are the most effective. Prioritizing well-being is not easy in a modern busy life. But trying it through changing daily choices can really help, I believe.
