That's 2.25kg gone...melted away not by exercise but by food intake and calorie count! Incredible! I have been having light fruits like apples, carrots and pawpaw for breakfast. For lunch, I have been taking high protein meals of beans, plantain and fish. In the evening, I take a little more fruit and lots of water. I am beginning to feel a little lighter and I hope I can keep this up till the end of the year. It would be really cool to be 70kg again and able to fit into size 12 clothes. Anyone out there who would like to do the same and be my fitness partner is most welcome to drop a comment below. It would be lovely to support each other through the slow and arduous weight loss journey. **
