## Ingredients:

## Preparation
Mix chickpeas or beans with water, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes and grated cheese in a food processor. Beat, gradually adding olive oil, until a smooth velvety consistency. Then you can add a little more salt and black pepper to taste. Then unfold the pita bread, evenly distribute the pea mixture on its surface with a thin layer. Spread avocado, sliced ​​in thin slices, cucumber and chopped pepper on top. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste, wrap pita bread and cut in half.
