Lifestyle is important part of healthy life. The major problem behind several diseases are the food habit and the lifestyle. This is not my opinion rather it is suggested by many of the doctors. I don't know about the situation of abroad but I can assure that in Bangladesh it is very very problem. It is rare found people are doing some physical exercise or physical labour activities.
In the one side we are not doing hard work of physical exercise on the other hand we are in taking much more heavy and rich food. By intaking a huge number of fat and protein in our body we are storing them in our body in the form of fat that is making problem in our body. Almost all the people who are educated are not educated and doctors and non doctors will agree that we must have some physical exercise at least thrice or four times in a week.
But the problem is the level lazy lifestyle. People believe that they need to get up early in the morning and the need to do some exercise and physical activity on a regular basis but they can't do that because their would like to lead some comfortable life and leisure life I must say. But this kind of comfort is the discomfort in the future. If they will follow the similar kind of lifestyle and hopefully they will go to the doctor very soon and will have a lot of diseases by Doctors will suggest a number of pills to take on a regular basis to control the blood pressure diabetes and fatty liver types problems.
In the photograph you can see the morning view and I am trying to make myself fit and active in these days. In previous times I also used to to lead a comfortable and living life but now I am aware about my lifestyle and try to follow the guidelines suggested by the specialist doctor in case of lifestyle modification and food habit change to lose our weight and burn our fat. Fatty is a very common problem we can found in several cities of Bangladesh. You can see a arc shaped bally in in many people around you at least hair in Bangladesh.
This kind of belly problem is the problem due to the fat storing in the body and they must burn those fats to make them healthy enough for the future life. The final conclusion we can draw by saying that if you feel comfort life now hopefully you will feel discomfort base alone. So it is very important to have some physical activities so that we can control our blood pressure sugar and liver function as well as the heart function. This for the common diseases people are facing nowadays and the main reason is the comfortable life there wants to lead under the air conditioned room or very much allergy towards any kind of physical activity and physical work.
