DIABETES

Today we will be talking about a certain kind of condition known as Diabetes mellitus.firstly let me give a little of what diabetes means before stating few steps to healthy eating.
Diabetes
diabetes mellitus is a condition in which the amount of sugar found in the blood is too high and the body can no longer make use of.It comes with symptoms such as weight loss, itching, blurred vision, extreme tiredness etc.one of the easiest way to find out if you have excess of sugar/glucose in the body is by urinating,and if the urine is covered with ants in few minutes or seconds then u are either diabetic or on your way so kindly follow the steps below for a healthy leaving.
1.Eat more of fruits and vegetables because they are suitable and low in fat and calories,and are also important source of vitamin and minerals.
2.Cut down on fat, particularly fat linked to heart diseases (saturated fat).
3.Avoid excess salt intake,if possible leave out salt in cooking.
4.Choose diet low in sugar or sugar free drinks as they can cause rise of glucose in blood.
5.Learn to eat regular meals.
If you are diabetic or on your way is not the end of the world for you, just eat, drink and leave right to prevent further complications thanks.
