My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2021

Today is my second day with Actifit app and I was so excited all day to accomplish 10,000 activity. It wasn't tough to complete my goal because today I was traveling and was attending my friends wedding. So, all day I was walking, hurrying and doing stuff and I felt happy to reach my daily goal. I usually walk for like 2-3 Kilometres but lately I have become a bit lazy and busy with my day work so I am not able to walk as much as I wish I could walk. But with Actifit I am gaining my motivation back and I hope I will start doing 3-4 kilometres a day. I am glad that I did my 10 K today and I will try that do more tomorrow. Walking is my favourite physical activity so I try to walk as much as I can. Somedays I can end up walking a maximum of 10 Kilometres. I don't do it now because I had a small injury in my foot and it hurts me now if I try to wak too much. I can surely say that I had a very healthy and active day today. I once read somewhere that walking at least 15 minutes a day can help us maintain a good body. And I do agree with it because I often see the benifits of walking. It makes my mind feel fresh. It gives me enough physical exercise to keep me active all day and it helps my lungs stay healthy. I am glad I can do this post before 12 AM. What is your favourite exercise? How was your day today?
