Fitness habit - How to find what can work for us?

Is it true that we all have some sort of fitness habit? Maybe the answer is no. It's because most of the time, we try this or that and end up living life with the flow. You will notice how we fail to stick to anything and make it a habit. It's not impossible.

We are spending time on some that don't motivate us or we don't feel interested. If any fitness habit doesn't fit in our lifestyle, it will not work. As simple as that. Let me give you an example! *You will see many of us start a Keto diet and fail to continue after a few days or weeks. It happens because we don't focus on the amount of patience we need or the change in our lifestyle we need to bring. Only focusing on a single goal like weight loss may not help. If we work on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, adopting healthy food habits then it can be possible.* Finding a fitness habit doesn't mean we have to try everything to see what works best. No. You will spend too much time on this and will not get any significant results. Rather we should first evaluate our lifestyle. Fit your fitness habit into your lifestyle. Don't force yourself to adopt something new at the very beginning. Otherwise, you may not stick with it. Also, this simple technique can motivate us better to make it a habit. If you are a morning person, do workout or yoga in the morning. If you are more into mental wellness, go for meditation. Evaluate what you actually need to feel better, to maintain a fit and healthy life. Don't rush to adopt everything or you will end up having nothing. Try this simple method instead!
