Indonesia is an archipelago country, since a long time ago, Indonesia is known for the various kinds of plants that grow here. The plants are known in almost all countries. There are plants that are well known in Indonesia, such as temu lawak, white ginger, red ginger, lemongrass, and various other spices that grow in Indonesia. Almost every day, Indonesian people use spices as cooking spices. In addition, these spices are also used for natural medicine by the Indonesian people in general. Well, in my writing this time, I will discuss some types of plants that are used for natural medicine. And this herb has been recognized and entrusted by people in Indonesia as natural medicine. Such as red ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, white ginger, temu lawak, lemon, and honey. Well, here I will share how to make these spices to make natural medicine. According to my mother, a mixture of all spices, as you can see in the photo I share, has been entrusted to heal such as dizziness, headaches, and immunity from the past until now. So, based on that, until now I have made the ingredients of these spices as natural medicine. Here's how to make it. Ingredients - Red ginger - White Ginger - Turmeric - Curcuma - Lemongrass - Lemon - Honey - Water to boil sufficiently.

How to cook it. - All ingredients are peeled first, after peeling, then wash them thoroughly. - After all the ingredients are peeled and washed, all ingredients such as turmeric, red ginger, white ginger, lemongrass and ginger are roughly chopped. For more details, you can see the picture. - After all the ingredients are chopped, then take enough water, and cook it until the water boils. - After the water boils, then add all the chopped ingredients, and cook it again until all the ingredients are mixed and the water changes color. - Then, let stand a few minutes. Congratulations the health potion is ready to drink.
