How to Make Sprouts at Home

Eat The sprouts of grains are a rich source of vitamins and minerals that combat weakness and anemia, also favor the reconstruction of the bacterial flora of the stomach and help strengthen the immune system. In addition, it is a very healthy type of food that provides amounts of nutrients to the body.


Today I will share with you how I make my Chinese bean sprouts; These are the most used for the preparation of typical dishes from the East, such as Chinese rice, noodles, stir-fries and others.

MATERIALS:


300 grams of Chinese Beans. (the green)

A Platico container of at least 1 liter of water

Snack Serving Tray, or three small anime trays. (of the Disposables)

Water spray. (of those used in hairdressing salons to moisten hair)

Towel paper

Water

Patience


HOW IS THE PROCESS?



- In the plastic container, place the 3oo grams of beans and fill with plenty of water.

- Let it soak for 24 to 36 hours.

- Once soaked, the Bean grains will increase in size and are ready to be transferred to the growth trays.


- The trays must be prepared, placing a layer of tissue paper at the bottom, which will serve to provide moisture to the grains, essential for their growth.


- Prepared the tray, moisten with the water spray (in case you do not have spray, do it by hand, but taking care of the excess of water, otherwise you can damage the sowing).


- Once the tray is prepared, spread the grains evenly on the tray.

- Once the tray is finished, proceed to store in a dark but cool place.


- This tray must be checked at least 2 times a day for the next 7 days, days in which they must spray with enough water to moisten the paper towel. (just moistening, excess water can cause homgos to fall into the seed).



- On the 7th day, take them out to a window where clarity hits them, but not direct sun rays, this so that the already formed plants begin to photosynthesis. In this process they will grow a little more and turn a greener color.

- After this, you proceed to wash them and remove the leftover shells from the beans, rinse 2 or 3 times. Store in the refrigerator and start enjoying your rich sprouts, in your salads, sandwiches, in which you want.
