This berry does not grow here in Israel. It comes to us frozen in such packages. [

But we are happy anyway, because cranberries are a very healthy berry! My acquaintance with this began with a very sad episode in my life: I had constant health problems that my doctors could not help me cure. I took a lot of pills, but alas, nothing helped, it just got a little easier temporarily 😭 And so, one of my friends told me then: "Try to take a drink from fresh cranberries." I thought: "Haha! I take so many different medicines that don't help me. How can some cranberry help me ?!" 😳😩 But after a while I decided to try it because I was at a dead end. Honestly, I didn't believe there would be a good result. Those who know how powerful the berries are are probably laughing now. I understand you! 😀 Now berries are a constant dish in my house, and especially cranberries! [

Much is known about the magical healing power of cranberry juice. Due to its beneficial properties, cranberries are widely used in the treatment of various diseases. It can positively affect both certain organs and systems, and improve the functioning of the whole organism as a whole. Cranberry, due to its high content of vitamin C, is an excellent preventive agent that strengthens the immune system and increases the protective functions of the body. These berries have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and tonic properties. Among other things, it can prevent tooth decay by actively disinfecting bacteria in the oral cavity. With a mild degree of colds, the use of cranberries and drinks from it can lead to recovery without drugs. What do we cook from cranberries? We cook cranberry juice. [

We take cranberries (fresh and frozen) and grind them in a blender. Then we add sugar to the cranberries in a 1: 1 ratio. Mix well and refrigerate. How do we take it? For 1 glass of water or mineral water - 1 tablespoon of cranberry mixture. We drink this once a day. Of course, you can drink more, but I do not recommend drinking this before bed as it has a diuretic effect and puts stress on the kidneys. It is better to take this wonderful, tasty and mega healthy fruit drink before evening. [
