Let's Get cooking with Green Beans. This delicious vegetable is excellent as a side dish or served as a main dish and even added to salad.

I add red capsicum to add colors and texture to this dish. Sometimes, the lesser ingredients are the tastiest. It's simple, healthy and tasty. ### Ingredients

Minced Beef, 400 g Green beans, 1kilo Red capsicum, optional Garlic Onion Oyster sauce, 3 tbsp Salt and pepper ### Preparations - Chop the Green beans in diagonal shape and the capsicum.

- In a heated pan with oil, Saute Garlic and onion until soft and fragrant.

- Add in the minced beef and Saute until slightly brown. You may add salt to help to tenderize the meat.

- Add the capsicums and stir well.

- Next, Add in the Green beans and mix well. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

- Add the oyster sauce and mix well to distribute the flavor.

- Season with pepper and salt, by preference.

Green beans or French beans is a simple and flavorful fool-proof recipe you can always try for home-cooked meals or pot-luck. *It goes really well with fruit salad dessert*.
