The Magic Of Compounding Your Health [May.02.2020]🅰️📘

Hi you all! Yesterday’s post included a list of the activities I am currently doing to compound the health of my mind. I like to think about compounding in terms of reading a book. If you were to read even a couple pages every day that would turn into 730 pages that you wouldn’t have read by the end of the year. The compounded effect of NOT reading those same pages could REALLY negatively effect the outcome of your life don’t you think? Think about that! Now... imagine the compounding yearly accumulation of knowledge you could gather by reading those pages every day! That’s where the magic is... and the outcome can ultimately be astounding! Now here’s the thing I have realized... It’s what you do EVERY DAY that creates the compounding effect. When you skip a health compounding activity even for a day you loose your focus and the momentum you had dwindles. We have all felt this before right? The feeling of excitement when you start something new... and then the dull realization, later on, that wakes you up to the fact that somethings changed about your original enthusiasm and subsequent movement forward. So what happened?! Likely the action that originally was propelling you towards your goals went by the wayside... it started with a day here and a day there and before you know it you loose a week.. which in turn turns into a month! 1/12th of a year and then an actual year goes by like a breeze. That’s how things compound negatively and slip away... we all know what that’s like! IT’S TRULY A TERRIBLE FEELING! And that’s why what you do daily produces compounding results... in all departments of your life. For me it helps to remind myself that it’s what I do every day that makes me who I want to become. “Be Now” is about living to your complete fulfillment rather than a deferral mindset. So scheduling in healthy activity for each aspect of your health is what makes the things real. Self actualization is a daily process. It must happen every day. It’s a practice... So now that you know the secret of how to compound your mind... your mental health... any healthy activities’ results can be compounded for that matter.
