Reward your health - Be creative "

What counts in life is not the starting point, but the journey we take to achieve our goals once and for all, so I ask you, what is the your life goal?

How about being creative and rewarding you? Did you know that a light walk has several health benefits? So if you are one of those who doesn’t like to exercise, join the strategy of walking and leave a sedentary life instead, but keep this activity regularly, just don't give up.
So, be based on very clear goals with walking, after all your goal in question is to lose weight, get out of sedentary lifestyle, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle? Plot how long you will need to walk each day and have a walking plan using your shoes correct for that saw, do not forget.
So if you don't feel motivated to do that, take the opportunity and invite a friend, or your neighbor, and challenge yourself with that guy exercise, if someone walks with you it becomes more difficult for you to want to give up and someone's company will make this exercise more effective and pleasurable. Another option would be to take your dog, take the time to distract him, do it for him and do it for you, it's a great tip isn't it?
Do not make your body soft, but also learn to obey the limits of your body, be careful not to abuse the intensity or amount of Exercises.
