Mint Oil has amazing health benefits including; weight loss, digestion, relief from nausea, depression, fatigue, and headaches. It's also used in treating asthma, memory loss, and of course skin care. It's also used to treat and cure Allergies & Hay Fever, aid in digestion issues, and prevent respiratory disorders. The powerful aroma of mint herb is effective in clearing up congestion of the throat, bronchial and lungs, which gives relief from respiratory disorders that result from asthma or the common cold. Mint is a popular herb, used for mouth fresheners and has been used for hundreds of years for its medicinal amazing agents. It has more than 24 species and hundreds of varieties including spearmint and peppermint. As it cools the throat, nose, and other respiratory channels, it relieves irritation that causes chronic coughing. This is why many balms are based from mint. Unlike inhalers which are based on aerosols, those with mint as the fundamental component tend to be more effective and eco-friendlier. I don't have a picture on hand for mint oil, so I'm just sharing the oils picture that I do have for people to see that they need to start thinking about the natural properties that these oils have for their health.

Using Mint for Skin Care: While Mint Oil is a great antiseptic and antipruritic material, the juice obtained from mint is excellent at being a skin cleanser. As it soothes the skin and helps treat and cure away infections and itchiness, it's also a great way to reduce pimples as it treats symptoms of acne as well as healing the irritating itch that bugs can cause. It’s being an antipruritic agent as well, it can be used to treat bug and insect bites like mosquitos, honeybees, hornets, wasps, and gnats. The cooling effect on the skin will relieve you from the constant urge to scratch an itch, and the anti-inflammatory part of mint will bring down the swelling. Its oil is often a component of a bug repellant, like citronella candles, because of its pungent aroma and is unappealing to most insects.

Weight Loss Using Mint Oil & Mint Leaves: Mint Leaves help in your efforts to lost weight in a great and healthy way. It helps stimulate the digestive enzymes that absorb nutrients from food and consume fat and turn it into usable energy. So, by adding it to your diet, you increase the amount of fat that is being consumed and put it to use instead of allowing it to be useless for the body, you put it to work for you. Mint can also help to prevent memory loss as well. If you chew on its leaves or have a stick of gum with mint in it, you can preserve memory retention and alertness ten folds more than those who don't. Nothing wrong with chewing on a few leaves when you're feeling a little less than brilliant. Mint will help you stay focused and improve your energy. While also helping you to retain your memories. Eating mint can help promote better digestion, improve oral health, prevent cancer, remedy nausea, clear up the nose, throat and lungs.
