Hey lovely Nat Medders! It's been a while since we've had a newsletter updating what's going on, and welcoming some newcomers to our community. Since HIVE launched, we've had sooo many great posts appear under the #naturalmedicine tag and in our community it's hard to keep up! Our curators do a stellar job trying though, so please do thank our dearest @artemislives, @minismallholding, @porters, @trucklife-family, @vincentnijman and @solcyler for doing their very best. The aim of our community is to support writers who are experimenting with, exploring and diving deep into Natural Medicine topics, as well as encouraging user retention through engagement on HIVE. We believe in manual curation, although some of our processes are automated to help speed things up and make things more efficient. If you're wondering what you get for your delegation, here's a basic run down of all the things we try to support you with. - **Whitelisted users** are put on a list via Hive Rewarding, where they are given automatic upvotes for any #naturalmedicine tagged post they write. *Whitelisted users we believe write quality content - original content that is well presented and has value to the group. They are often excellent engagement on HIVE and in the Natural Medicine community.* - **Reblogs** of #naturalmedicine content via @uplotus and @naturalmedicine for more exposure - **FOUR curations a week** which feature excellent content, and one delegator from EACH curation gets a 5 percent beneficiary for that post. That means if you consistantly write good #naturalmedicine content, you'll be very likely to earn extra HIVE each week. - **TIPS** are sent to excellent posts once a week, when me, @riverflows, goes through the best of and selects a few that I believe deserve a little bonus. This week's recipients are @auelitairene for her TO DIE FOR arepas recipe, and @drrune for his runic explorations. Thanks both of you for engaging in the channel. - **Post sharing** in Discord for further engagement - **Hive Help** - ask ANY question about HIVE in this channel in DISCORD and one of our elders will jump to find the answer for you. *There are no stupid questions*. - **Bi-weekly challenges** where you can win up to 100 HIVE, plus get the extra chance to earn a TIP, get featured in our curation, be reblogged and grow your account through engagement. @freemotherearth is the winner of the Week 1 challenge this week - enjoy your 20 HIVE! #### Some extra support is also provided via: - OCD nominations for curation. Our curators drop good and underrewarded #naturalmedicine content in a special curator OCD channel for extra support. - We also drop new and underrewarded content in the C2 Hive channel for more upvotes and support. - @artemisshares is also starting a new curation project (run by @artemislives) who features undervalued posts or newbies, setting them as beneficiaries for the post. @naturalmedicine, @lotusshares, @riverflows and other users follow this trail to boost the earnings on the post. Please go follow this account with your upvotes to support this abundance project as much as you can. - Upvotes for comments - We are trialling a system where we upvote comments on our curation posts - more on this as we iron out the automation of this. - Thanks to @quochuy, we will also have tagged #naturalmedicine posts appear in a channel in Discord where we can give them upvotes faster via that channel (by any of our elders and curators). We are hoping this ensures less posts are missed.
