Mindful Life, Close Your Eyes and Relax

#### "Close your Eyes and Relax", my mindfulness app, [Stretchly](https://hovancik.net/stretchly/downloads/) advises me, and it starts to count down from 10 to 0. I almost click it away and then decide to allow myself those 10 seconds of relaxation. It's the least I can do. It's 9:40 PM and part of me would already like to lie down but I have to try and finish this curation tonight. And let's be honest this kind of work is far from a punishment. In fact, it hardly feels like work. It's all for a good cause.
