I imagine you have heard of this rich drink, which is very beneficial to our body, the **Green Tea**, is native to China and is produced through the Camellia leaf, is a drink with great medicinal properties, contains many nutrients and antioxidants. This drink provides great benefits to the body, among them we have:

As we can see green tea is an excellent ally in improving our health, many people today consume it, most perhaps because of the slimming effects, but actually they are improving their bodies from different points of view.
