Why we Should care about our health and Body- Part 1

Hello and Namaste everyone We are going through a tough time because of the covid pandemic and this pandemic has taught us many lessons including the one which is very important related to health. We know that health is built but sometimes because of a busy schedule we do not care much for this health and this is not a good practice that we should follow.

We can have a strong immunity system only when we are healthy and do not fall sick quite often. I would like to ask whether it's really important to care for health if we are not going through any health issues. I think the answer be yes because many of us would agree on the fact that no matter how healthy we are but still we need to care for our health and fitness because it's always good to have protection better than cure. > Poor health habits can add stress to your life and also play a role in how well you are able to cope with stress. The stress that comes from poor health is significant. Health challenges also affect other areas of your life. Health problems can make daily tasks more challenging, create financial stress, and even jeopardize your ability to earn a living. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body so if we are healthy by our mind then we can do lots of work without getting tired because our body is healthy as well but on the other hand if things are another way around then it will not be easy to manage things in a better way.

[src](https://pixabay.com/images/id-2592247/) We are about to complete one year off virus spread but it still things are not back to normal and the only thing we are concerned about is protecting our health. if we are healthy enough then there is the least risk of getting infected and for those who are not healthy, it can be a kind of big problem for them. So what should we do to ensure that we are healthy and fit? The answer is very simple and we can adopt it in our daily schedule. if we take out 30 minutes every day for our physical health then I think it's a good amount of time to maintain a healthy body. if you have more time than this then it's great but if not then 30 minutes would also be good enough to keep ourselves fit and healthy. ***I'll be sharing more in detail about what we should do and what are some steps we need to follow for better health in my another post*** ** ** Thank you so much
