Day 12: 3 healthy habits

There are habits we practice that affect our health either directly or indirectly. Health is wealth and that's why we ought to give attention to what we do, don't do, or eat. In Africa, we have several plants with numerous benefits, for example, "Maggi" is a leaf that boosts the bone marrow in the production of blood, spinach makes the skin nourished enriching its cells with necessary ingredients. Habits determine healthy living, what we do every morning or during the day, or at night has a role in how well our system functions. Eating late at night is a bad habit to avoid, waking up early in the morning and operating a phone is also a bad habit, eating a strong meal at night is a bad habit as well as overfeeding oneself. As health students, there are various healthy habits we are introduced to, this is to help boost our body function and prevent certain complications that arise from certain practices.

It also helps keep the body alive by quenching taste from heat loss and dehydration. Taking enough water in the morning, noon, and dusk help boost the functions of organs. Our body always needs water to carry out some metabolic activities, shortage of adequate water could only cause complications in the response of certain functions. 2. єαt vєgєtαвlєs: vegetables contain minerals and vitamins nutrition content that helps improve skin texture, boost functions of sense organ such as eyes, increase healing abilities, and helps in the development of strong bones and teeth. Vegetables soften hard stools and ease constipation, they also allow proper digestion and boost immunity in the body. Lots of it is good as it helps enhance a healthy state. 3. εXεɾ¢ίςε: exercise is good, it improves one's muscle and enhance faster metabolic activities. exercise every morning helps the body burn fat and free the pathway for the free flow of blood through the arteries. It develops the body and could improve body immunity.
