Part of my new year resolution is to eat more fresh produce and do more juicing. I would love to go on a full juice fast, but usually the first few days I get really bad headaches from the detoxing process. When I’m at work I cannot handle that while doing some intense brain work. I decided to just supplement this healthy eating style into my regular daily routines, just be mindful and be careful 😊. Here are some the juice I made, the green one is celery juice and the orange one is carrot juice. Cheers!!
