My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2021

Good evening Actifitters I hope your having a wonderful time training hard. For many in lockdown I hope your keeping your fitness up. When we went for elimination we endured a long hard lockdown. I didn't have anything and at those times it is hard and it plays on your mental health. It is important to remember your mental health is as important as your physical health. I live by the motto healthy mind, healthy body. The two aren't always easy to get in tune. It's easy, once our minds start slipping through stress, anxiety, depression or even just concerns with tomorrow that we feel a lack of motivation to exercise. That's when we fall into a cycle and it's harder to get out of. Exercising lifts endorphins and helps blood flow, this in turn starves off things like depression. You will also feel full of energy. That's why it is important to stay motivated and stick to training. If you're only starting out or you're wanting to progress to another level I'd recommend putting together a plan. Personally for me, if I don't train or I take prolonged breaks I start to feel down and out of tune. Fortunately I've been training for 10 years now so it is easier for me to get back into the gym and pick up where I left off. It doesn't need to be anything heavy or intense. You also don't need to look like a ripped beast. Do what you can, every little bit helps. Take care, and remember. Stay fit, stay actifit Tonight's session I started back at day 1, Chest and Tri's
