Wednesday was a good day as for the first time in a while I felt really sharp in my betting making all the right choices. Thursday will be another day with some matches and I'm looking forward to it. By now, I have pretty much given up on making January a healthy month. I did start off very well but was unable to maintain it. February will be yet another new month to have a go at it and I plan to do a morning workout routine.
