Blessings everyone! **Have you ever had Green Juice**? Green juice is one of the biggest health and wellness trends of the last decade. It is a beverage made from the juices of green vegetables. There’s no official recipe, but common ingredients include celery, kale, Swiss chard, spinach, wheatgrass, cucumber, parsley, and mint. However, I make mine with whatever vegetables I can find here in Japan that I would enjoy. Some people debate if green juice is healthy or not. In my opinion, green juice that is low in sugar is a wonderful addition to a healthy lifestyle. Here are just a few list of benefits from drinking green juice: 1. REDUCE OVERALL INFLAMMATION. 2. IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTION. 3. STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. 4. IMPROVES YOUR SKIN.** I usually drink this 3-4 times a week (depending on how I feel), and also I make my own with specific ingredients such as #SPINACH AND #SPIRULINA (FUNDAMENTAL).
