Hi beautiful world! Welcome to all.. Here is my today's wholedays activities that I did throughout the day to increase my steps. It was a working day for me.. throughout the day I completed module-4 online training.. Rest of three module, I have to complete till 16th November.. Today I able to reach 7k steps by walking, moving around the office.. At the time of evening I visited nearby playground, thinking to join from Monday.. Mostly my plan vanish due to some personal problems.. hope my all friends doing their best to keep themselves fit and healthy.. Regards Thank you..
