The very simple way to take cauliflower is to steam it . Just cut the flowers and make it boil for good 15-20 mins. Do mot forget to add salt im boiling water. Second way to consume cauliflower is to make it a puree. Just boil the vegie and puree it in a mixture grinder. Next way to consume cauliflower be the grated one. You jst need to grade the vegie and apply spices according to your taste and cosume it.
