It’s another day and these early morning sunrises remind me to pause and be human. ___ Hi everyone! I’m back once again! And like I said in my last post... I’ve been away for about 3 months... but I’m back 100%! Are you all READY for what’s next?! I sure am! There will be a big announcement from the @AdventureReady account on the weekend so be sure to watch for that! ___ My steps for this report mostly came before 10am and that meant I was able to register an #AutomaticWin! It’s been a considerable time since I posted one of these so this feels AWESOME! For those who are just finding out about the #AutomaticWin and #Win Initiative for the 1st time I’ll break it down! If you are using the @Actifit dApp to track and post your steps to the Hive Blockchain then your on track to awards and rewards from both the @AdventureReady and @BeachReady accounts! All you gotta do is collect 10,000 steps BEFORE 10am (along with a screen capture proof) and make use of the #AutomaticWin hashtag when you post that days activity with the @Actifit dApp! You’ll be awarded the #AutomaticWin accomplishment badge and get a nice little upvote from the @AdventureReady account with possible upvotes from the @BeachReady accounts for quality reports! Sweet right? But you should know... taking the initiative and prioritizing your health first thing in the morning is something that will require some dedication. Dedication to your health and fitness! It’s really about prioritization! Getting an #AutomaticWin before your day starts means that you have won the day and anything and everything you do after that can be celebrated as extra effort... or a reward. There’s tremendous benefits, not to mention advantages to taking care of yourself first thing... before all the interruptions of the day begin! Think about it! Makes sense right? If you want a boost to your confidence... setting goals and achieving them early sets you up to win all day long! So that’s my best pitch to those of you wondering if you should set this step goal! Now here’s the thing... an #AutomaticWin is going to require something from you. It’s not a cake walk getting to 10,000 steps before 10am! But it’s doable! Every day there has been people registering #AutomaticWins FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS! Once you get going with this fitness goal... your going to find out how important it is to set a goal like this! If you don’t show up for yourself when it comes to your own health and fitness... who else is going to? Believing in yourself enough to get up early and put in the steps... well I don’t think your going to regret doing something like that! And for those of you who would like to take baby steps towards an #AutomaticWin... I have recently set up the #Win Initiative! It’s very similar to the #AutomaticWin except that rather than a 10am goal it’s a 10pm goal! This, I believe, is something nearly anyone can achieve! It’s a recommended fact that sitting is the new smoking. It’s just not good for you... but in our modern day people’s lifestyles are trending to more a sedentary way of life. That’s why doctors everywhere are recommending a daily 10,000 step goal. In alignment with this objective and as a bridge to achieving the #AutomaticWin achievement that’s what the #Win Initiative is all about! Getting those 10,000 steps before the days end is vital to good health and I want to support anyone with this step goal! You can register a #Win the same way you would register an #AutomaticWin. Step your way to 10,000 steps before 10pm with the @Actifit dApp and screen capture your proof of time and step count. Use the #Win hashtag in your @Actifit report and that’s it! You just registered a #Win! Later I will go along and manually curate both the #AutomaticWin and the #Win feeds with the @AdventureReady and @BeachReady accounts with badges, upvotes, and possible re-blogs. And that’s where all the fun begins! There going to be even more awesome updates and upgrades to these initiatives in the near future! Your not just stepping by yourself... your joining a step revolution! I’m doing my part, along side and in conjunction with the @Actifit project, to build a world where people get rewarded to step and be active and healthy! So yeah!
