Banana is very beneficial fruit. You should consume atleast one banana everyday. Banana is rich in vitamin which regulates the glocose level of blood thus helping in times of stress and helps to suppress cranky moods. They are rich in potassium. Banana helps the circulatory system to deliver oxygen to the brain. It also helps in maintaining proper heart beat and water balance.

Banana contain carbohydrates which is necessary to replace the muscle glycogen used. Bananas are rich in iron. Iron rich foods helps stimulate production of haemoglobin in the blood. Bananas are rich in soluble fibre which helps to stop constipation and maintain regular bowel function. Eating banana maintainsthe mood swing problem and provide happiness. Bananas contain potassium which helps in learning. Banana is good for students. Students find that they are having more brain power and can do better in exams. Hence banana should be given in breakfast or lunch to students.
