Currently, taking care of your health to prolong your quality of life has taken a boom worldwide where more and more people have changed their eating habits and lifestyles in healthier and more natural ways. In recent years, numerous markets and ecological fairs have emerged for this type of person, one of which is the El Polo Green eco-fair, which has been providing certified, quality natural, organic and healthy products for more than 5 years.
This is located in the city of Lima, Peru precisely in the El Polo shopping center located in the Santiago de Surco district. It is held every Sunday and they offer their various products such as organic cheeses and vegetables, jams, activated nuts, products for disease prevention, organic flours, products for diabetics and celiacs.
One of my favorites was a jam stand called Henca that offers over 20 flavors (raspberry with stevia, ginger, raspberry with champagne). They also offer pickles (chili and pickles). In this stall I was able to taste a wide variety of jams with an incredible flavor.

In another interesting place you could find nuts, called Germinando Vida. It offers a rich variety of these fruits with an added value: They are activated. We can find almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, goyi among others.
And finally, a place dedicated to health prevention with natural and organic products called Oreganic Health, where they offer organic coconut oil, minerals such as magnesium, vitamin C, spirulina, natural capsules and their most sought-after product: hydrolyzed collagen.

When I visited this fair I was very excited by the quantity of high quality products. So I decided to go back but this time this fair was moved to a park called Francisco de Miranda (Miraflores, Lima) where they made this special event for two days.
