I continue to switch between doing everything good according to plan and having relapses switching letting my more impulsive core drives take over. The past few years while keeping these daily tracking blogposts this has imporved tremendously though and the 'downtimes' have shortened by a huge amount also always keeping my weight in check while being way more active and healthy in general.
I haven't been able to find the magic cure to just do what is objectively best without experiencing a choice which is my ultimate goal. The last few days I've been eating a bit more unhealthy but luckily haven't really added much of the lost weight back. It's a new week so I will be starting with fresh ambition and motivation to keep plowing away at it.
