Hello everyone, hope you're doing fine. It's been a while that I was diagnosed with PCOS and eventually my gynaecologist said no to junk food including all purpose flour. So here's a recipe of chocolate cake completely healthy and suitable for a PCOS patient in this lockdown.

For this you need: Wheat flour : 100g Semolina : 100g Powdered sugar : 100g Coffee powder (any other flavor as your wish) : 1 table spoon Butter : 2 table spoon Baking powder : 1 tea spoon Baking soda : 1/2 tea spoon Mix wheat flour, semolina and butter and stir well, then add sugar and coffee powder and stir again, add baking powder and baking soda and give a stir and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now pour the cake batter into baking pan and put in the pre heated microwave for 30 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool and decorate it using dark chocolate and choco chips It is perfectly healthy and super tasty. Chocolate is a no-no for PCOS but a square or two of chocolate, especially dark chocolate containing 70 percent or higher cocoa, contain helpful antioxidants and can satisfy a craving. Alao this recipe has balanced amount of carbohydrate and fat to manage your cravings and also not affect your health.
