Hi everyone!
Welcome to all.. This is my today's actifit report card. Today my score is pretty good that is over 9k steps by playing cricket and some physical exercises. Yesterday few parts of my district there was a heavy rainfall with hailstorm. Within one hour rainfall made everyone hopeless. Mustard, wheat and potatoes crops totally destroyed. Big loss for the peasants. Now have a look about these fallen red flower. Although it is not cause of hail-strom but this is fact that physical beauty destroy with the time. Till it was on the branches seemed beautiful an attractive but after fall surely going to fed. Hope my all friends will be fine and keeping themselves fit and healthy.. Regards Thank you
