I want to talk on the important of being physically, mentally and emotionally fit. Exercise is good for the body and is the best activity to keep the body fit and this can be attributed to physically aspect...there are alot of sporting activities that can be executed during our leisure time,like playing football, basketball, skipping, table tennis,and even video games. Hustling does not mean you shouldn't not appear nice moreover,I am told that the way you dress is the way you will be addressed, without having the money but your appearance alone can make you obtain favour when you are Even qualified....here also balance diet matters alot but late night food should be managed especially Eba(prepared garri) because it makes the body weak the next day and will just realized,you are awake but you can barely get up from the bed. In the aspect of emotion,this the aspect that matters most because too much of thinking can make someone run mad and I will not advice anybody to embark on such suicide mission....Being happy here is relevant,you can choose to be happy or sad but think the happiness is yes for me because it makes you look younger, fresher and brightened up your day. Health can't be bought in the market but can be practice if one is in the right of mind, drink every day once you weak up and let me shock you,the best water to drink is not sachet water but the boiled one... Because you can equire all the wealth in the world but without good health,the wealth can't be enjoyed.
