It was a good monday when it came down to getting back into more healthy eating habits drinking 3 Liter of water during the day having only 1 meal which was a bowl of soup. I intend to keep up drinking a lot while eating just once a day all week long and move along from there on out. This will be one of the first weeks since long with very little football action which should give me some extra time.
