Kale

Original photo, no filter. As I've been strolling through the city I've noticed many of the gardens I've came across are growing Kale. A super healthy vegetable that provides tons of benefits but more interesting to me is the looks of the vegetable itself. Presents photos ops because of the fine detail. Kale is very strong, it's tough to pick from it's stock often times you will have to cut it down just to harvest. The center you see is light green, you're going to want to have that develop like the rest of the plant before you pick to serve.
