Wow what a wonderful week for Natural Medicine, so much great content was shared by the wonderful community, which is leading the way in empowering us all and helping us to take back control of our own health and well being. It was also the first week of the wonderful hivevibes/ positivevibes initiative created by @notconvinced, we really hope to see more people utilize these tags to help spread some love and positivity in these challenging times. Here are a selection of some of the empowering posts shared this week, on the Hive platform....
https://youtu.be/EegKPXVTC4A @elamental has been on a huge transformational journey and he has shared so much of himself on here. Inspiring others to be vocal and reach out to others, rather than suffer alone. This post is so uplifting, he reaches out to us all to embrace who we are and to open up the door of abundance, in his own words. >I am here to remind all of you that you are worthy of happiness, you are blessed, filled with love, abundance, and shine - even if it doesn't feel like it, you know deep down how right I am about this. Accept it, embrace it, LIVE it! Read his post [here](https://peakd.com/hive-196037/@elamental/l3pxknkmy9g)
@jasonliberty has written an indepth post about meditation and his experience with it. What I love is how he talks about the power of our minds and how it influences our health and well being. We are what we think, we create our own reality. Something we all need to be reminded of right now. >When one begins tossing out old limited fear-based thought patterns and replacing them with new expanded empowering thought patterns then they will quickly see first hand in their own life just how truly powerful their thoughts are. @olga.maslievich has created such a wonderful post about the Birch tree, one that really shows her passion for nature and natural medicine. She has written it both in English and her native Ukrainian, helping to spread even more awareness about natural health and healing. You can read her wonderful post [here](https://peakd.com/hive-148441/@olga.maslievich/only-three-days-of-healing-power)
To me @artemislives is like the queen of naturalmedicne, her posts are always so well written and presented. She really has a wealth of knowledge. This post is about how words hold power over our ability to heal, how we limit our own healing by trusting in people who have no idea how powerful our bodies really are. >We can choose limits and outdated definitions. Or we can choose healing and regeneration. Perhaps the greatest natural medicine of all is consuming new thoughts, daily, and creating new belief structures about all that is possible. Read her wise words [here](https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@artemislives/choosing-limits-or-choosing-healing-your-choice).
@clareartista has written a wonderfully positive post, about what we are experiencing right now, it is so easy to get caught up in the negative media that is being pushed on us. But we must never forget our own power, our own strength and our wonderful ability to adapt. Her post is like a breath of fresh air. >I have faith that we were already moving away from the destructive, competitive, short-term vision, no-consequences-to-our-actions paradigm, and into a more harmonious relationship with all things. Read her words [here](https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@clareartista/what-s-unfolding-in-the-now).
Here are some other posts that are well worth checking out. @indigoocean also shares some wonderful wisdom in her post [here](https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@indigoocean/moving-out-from-center), @gentleshaid asks us how we prepare our herbal extracts, whilst also sahring his knowledge about the subject. Read it [here](https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@gentleshaid/how-do-you-prepare-your-herbal-extracts) @sustainablyyours, tells us all about one of my favorite medicinal plants, the glorious chickweed. You can find the post [here](https://peakd.com/homesteading/@sustainablyyours/learning-about-the-incredible-edible-chickweed) @heart-to-heart shared so many amazing recipes this wee, you can find one of my favourites[here](https://peakd.com/ocd/@heart-to-heart/not-your-boxed-hamburger-helper-it-s-a-life-saver-but-actually-vegan-gluten-free). @kyleana wrote about the wonderful Elderflower and some of the ways in which she uses it.
