Take care of your body, It's the only place you have to live.

Only then do you have the zeal to keep it fit? We do not Value the thing until we lose it or weakened it and the same is with time and health. We don't understand its importance until health gets weakened or we lose time.  It's not always simple to take proper care of yourself and maintain a physically fit lifestyle. We often get stuck in the daily routine of life and forget to take care of our body. Fitness begins at home. What you're eating is what you're going to look like, just as what you're sowing is what you're getting. Eat good nutrition: eat healthy grains, fruits, and vegetables and keep your body as healthy and happy as possible. Your body is going to say you something, so be careful when it asks for it. Your body needs proper nutrition, proper exercise, proper rest. These are the initial things you have to think about, if you want to live a longer and healthy life. Take care of your body because true enjoyment comes from activity of the mind and exercise of the body.
