Hello everyone 💞, Good evening and welcome to my #FoodPorn series Part 7 which I called the most prominent African Indigenous Healthy Food Processing which explains in detail what you need to do in a particular moment and time and I will be taking us through the step by step method which I know some other tribes may have an alternative ways of cooking and this minute I want everyone to be totally fully involve and participate in what I am about to do although it very practical for those of us who love to gain more knowledge, wisdom and skills to either be on your own and which is why Steemit platform is for **creativity** , **knowledge** , **information** , **Original content** , **Original photography** , **educating articles**, **travelfeeds** , **content** , **Original Video contents through** @dtube , and also @threespeak for more great freedom of speech videos which I lunched my videos there some days ago. And I'm still hoping it will be a very great place for me to express, explain and educateore video content as well is why Steemit platform is more than just blogging site to me personally. I know we all have few reasons why we are here and the believe which an individual has on Steemit maybe just to come and make more money and go, maybe to come and impact on more knowledge to others, maybe to come and show some skills of drawing, cooking, gaming, music and the rest but very educative and creating great content is involved as my own personal believe Like I was saying before I start my #Foodporn series the seventh post today, I will like to show some appreciation to you all, wow 🤗, you are all great people here, you really showed me more than love, for your **comments**, your **resteemed** , **your support** , I will like to appreciate @smartsteem , @appreciator , @adetorrent , @curangel , @acidyo , @ocdb and everyone who came around and for stopping by and supporting my #Foodporn to continue going I say I'm so grateful. Please keep supporting my channel. I will like to diversify into some African Indigenous Healthy Food Processing with respect to the above subject I have been working on for few days and then we can talk about the details shortly after the sub topic here on Some healthy diet. In Africa generally speaking we have different ideas, opinions, background and perspective we look at certain things and I will pick point few healthy diet which I will further investigate and work on the food processing and how to prepare them in tutorial form. We also consume more of Green Vegetables , natural fruits ,I tell you this African dishes such as Pounded Yam this is the most prominent ancient food that is consumed if not all over the West Africa, I will say all over the world entirely with different soup. It can be taken with different soup in different ethic region like in Yoruba tribe we can eat pounded yam with Egusi soup ( melon soup) , Green Vegetable soup prepared with stock fish , With Ewedu soup ( Jute soup). In Ibo tribe it can be eaten with Ogbolo soup and other related drawing soup. Other Yoruba Indigenous Healthy swallow food are Yam flour meal , Plantain flour meal , Semolina , Cassava processed meal , Garri ( Eba) and many others which are not mentioned here. But today, I will be taking us through a very good healthy delicious meal , although in Africa here we take Pap as breakfast in most cases, as white takes hot tea, also appreciate this as our own hot tea and like I said earlier it is consumed in the morning with either beans itself, beans cake, boiled beans , with roasted groundnut, with also Vegetables. Yes , I said Vegetable because in most cases here in Africa, west African aged people do consume pap with Vegetable soup. Very **palatable** , **Delicious** and **tasty**. # Here Is How To Kickstart With The Preparation Of Pap But I begin the steps formally, pap is gotten from Maize and guinea corn, and some other ingredients can be included such as **Ginder** , **Garlic** sometimes ** red-Pepper** and so on depending on what is your choice. # How To Get Started ### Material Needed - Turning Stick - small bowl - Already grinded mixture of Maize with Guinea corn. ( Pap) - Clean Pot ( Alternative kettle) - Heat Source - A light container
###### Small bowl ---
###### Turning Stick ---
###### Clean Pot ---
###### Alternative for Cooking Pot. ( kettle) ---
###### For Fetching the Pap from the source. ---
###### Heat Source. ( cooker ) --- # Step By Step Preparation. # Step 1. ( Picture 1.)
--- # Step 2. ( Picture 2.)
--- # Step 3. ( Picture 3.)
--- # Step 4. ( Picture 4.)
In those pictures above most especially the Picture 1, really tells us how to begin with the food preparation, by using any smaller container to fetch the raw pap from a bucket where you soak it for preservation. The picture 2-3 shows the texture of the pap ,which means that the texture of the pap also counts alot. Likewise in Picture 4. It describes how fine the texture is. --- # Step 5. ( Picture 5. )
--- # Step 6. ( Picture 6.)
--- # Step 7. ( Picture 7.)
In Picture 5, it describe what to do by pouring a little bit of water into the already raw pap into a smaller bowl and mixed thoroughly. You can use your hand or use turning stick. In Picture 6, it shows how I used my hands to mix it thoroughly. And also in Picture 7. It looks so fine in my hand, it shows that those who grinded the mixture of Maize and wheat. --- # Step 8. ( Picture 8.)
--- # Step 9. ( Picture 9.)
--- # Step 10. ( Picture 10.)
--- # Step 11. ( Picture 11.)
--- # Step 12. ( Picture 12.)
--- In Picture 8, it shows how gradually I poured the more lighter in solution the ra pap into the empty pot but with boiling water at 100%c. It is the amount of boiling water that matters here. It will increase the quantity of the food , if you are five in number you will add more water. In Picture 9 , it shows how much more I stir the solution on fire. It should be two things at a time. You need to pour the solution and continue stirring at the same time to bring out the solution in fine texture as well. In Pictures 9-12. It shows how I stir the pap solution on fire. --- # Step 13. ( Picture 13.)
---
--- # Step 14. ( Picture 14.)
---
---
--- In Picture 13-14. It shows how I poured the already cooked Pap solution into a smaller bowl and it ready for consumption. The two bowl for myself and my wife. You can really see the face and the texture of the pap. You can easily reach the conclusion that the Pap is really great and delicious food delicacy for the body. It can be taking early in the morning with Beans , Beans Cake , Vegetable soup and so on. # Finally, here is the output of our FoodPorn and food preparation since 10- 15 minutes ago. It is necessary for you to let the Pap stay much longer on fire to let it get done more because of Constipation.
--- After the whole food preparation was completed, I used this old method of preservation to make it look so warm till you drink it.
I poured a little bit of drinking water on the Pap solution to preserve it for some Period of time.
--- It is done finally.
