Challenge completed by 5 Steemians for 500 more reps. I played 2 baseball games and did my 100 at night. I pitched exceptionally well against the Summer league champions, throwing 5 sharp innings to allow only 2 earned runs for the win. I struck out 3 or 4 batters and induced a lot of bad contact with my knuckleball. My ERA through 11 inning is now 2.55. That's pretty good, but I can do better. I feel great and am excited to play again next weekend. ---- "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." In other words, get off your asses and improve your health right now. It's our most valuable asset. Help us build here and yourself at the same time. Actions matter. Thank you for being involved! ------ ### My 9/22 Reps & Feedback: 50 Push-ups and 50 Squats ### - I felt great at my baseball games and was strong. My legs are developing so much I can't believe it. My hamstrings, quads and calves are in excellent shape now and are larger than I can remember in a long time. It just goes to show that you don't need weights or fancy machines. You just need to be consistent and put in the effort. - I never use supplements or any type of cheating. Just food, hydration, passion and hard work. - Dinner was 1.25 pounds of ground chicken. ---- ### Today's Highlights: ### - @joshman destroyed his personal best time yet again with 2:39 for 50/50. ------- ### What's the challenge? ### 50 push-ups (modified if needed) and 50 air squats.
