The roller coaster continues and I'm having a lot of difficulties to find any kind of balance right now. I'm in somewhat of a tunnel vision just putting all my time into betting and blogging pretty much neglecting everything else. Despite having made healthy food options on friday with the intention of starting to do reps again I did none of that and even went to get a late night pizza pretty much just before going to bed.
I know I will get myself out of this bad cycle again into a mindset where everything feels great and really easy, but these swings are quite annoying and I clearly haven't found a way to combat them properly just yet. On the bright side, they are far more limited than they used to be so in that regard I did make a lot of progress already.
There is another busy day ahead and I just aim to at least eat fully clean and drink a lot of water. Monday will be my new starting point really turning things around for the better again!
