With my baseball All-Star game and home run derby this Sunday, I'm taking Friday and Saturday off to be 100% recharged. I will also take days off during Fall baseball to make sure I don't hinder my performance on the field. Conserving my legs will be vital. I'm posting this for the platform for others to continue building on their reps.
