#
Good afternoon, with my best wishes on this prestigious platform as it is Steemit, in this opportunity I want to speak of the Ergonomic Assessment. The human being was formed to be in motion during the day and rest during the night. Today people spend too much time sitting, this is due in large part to the technological advancement that has gone by activities which are static, as to be with the computers, Tablet, cell phones, among others. Generally, the Ergonomic Assessment is mostly seen in the work of offices and to emphasize really the causes of the problems it postures inadequate, the consequences is fatal to the people, problems with the muscles, blood circulation, and other structures, are observable by the numerous risk factors. Even when there is the rest, the hormones they secrete, also circulates the blood. # ###
Main Causes in the Ergonomic Evaluation
# - Ignorance of the Risks present in the work # - Working spaces are very small and uncomfortable for daily work performance. # - Inappropriate body postures at work. # - Overhead activities at work # ###
Consequences of the Ergonomic Assessment
# - Job Dissatisfaction # - Musculoskeletal injuries due to poor postures. # - Excessive Mental Load # - Temporary permits and permanent Disability # Mainly you must perform the application of the methods for the assessment of each task, since in the same position can be a variety of tasks and in each task the various risk factors present. It is important to note that the worker can carry out very different tasks in the same position, that what should be evaluated are the tasks performed, the more that the work of the position as a whole. So, it should detail the work done by the worker on different tasks, with the aim of evaluating separately each one of them, but without losing sight of the work as a whole. Breaking down the work tasks will allow to observe clearly the risk factors to create the mechanisms or legislation for the prevention. # We must ask ourselves the following questions: # What are the functions and tasks of the workers and the body postures that cause Ergonomic factors? # What Ergonomic Factors Predominate in the Work? # What would be the rules of prevention of risks? # What application of preventive and corrective measures of the Ergonomic Evaluation for a better atmosphere at work? #

# On the other hand, organizations that have a work environment suitable not sometimes adverse consequences on health are increasingly focused on providing applications ergonomic progress to correct adequately the risks associated with the type of activity you perform daily workers, and the welfare of the same. You can make mention of the problems caused by restricted mobility, by incorrect postures, poor lighting, musculoskeletal injuries in shoulders, neck, hands, and wrists, vision problems, circulatory conditions. # However, the prolonged period of time in the work environment generates a series of problems that damages the health of the people, by not becoming aware of the ergonomic considerations regarding the work in an office, the worst part of this situation is the sitting still for an indefinite time, being harmful for the blood circulation, especially in the legs. These disturbances are very frequent in that are doing these types of jobs, that's why you see the increase of the number of professionals of various disciplines, with greater emphasis on those linked to the area of health, who warn of the evaluation, ergonomic in the office. ###
Overall Goal
# Ergonomic assessment for the Formulation of a policy, Preventive Work # ###
Specific Objectives
# •Diagnose the ergonomic evaluation in function of the tasks and positions assigned on the job. # •Identify Ergonomic Factors that predominate in the Work # •To evaluate the standards of risk prevention ergonomic. # •Analyze the results of the ergonomic assessment to the recommendations in the preventive and corrective measures that allow suitable environments. # On the other hand, through the ergonomic assessment looks to pains in the spine, by the very bad habit of bending-slouching toward the desk, toward the computer. Another problem is the stress, there are other series of pathologies that are born of the office work such as carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and back pain, headaches, tendonitis, as well as discomfort in the shoulders, and legs among others. # It is essential to detect the ergonomic factors present in the organization determining that these are not fit for work, presenting in the workplace a health risk to workers. The Main problems of the workers in regard to the ergonomic assessment is that it does not have the body alignment, the monitor does not comply with the proper height, not with the visibility, are unaware of the breaks, active, overload of tasks, lack of information about the ergonomic risks, the communication is not assertive among workers, low motivation and participation, lack of training by the organizations #

###
Conclusion
# As a result, when the space is limited, the place heat is not comfortable, the lighting and ventilation inadequate, that is when organizations do not comply with the guidelines stipulated by Legal Regulations on the Risk Ergonomic. From this context it is important to keep in mind some healthy habits, such as not to spend a lot of time sitting, walking or doing short exercises or short in the office, since the movement is paramount, now if you are sitting you should have a straight back and attached to the ergonomic chair, straight neck and the computer screen at the same height of the eyes. # ###
Recommendations:
# The Organizations should provide in the future, the redesigning of jobs with the previous evaluation of the risk factors present. # Assessments to detect the ergonomic risks in the organizations and thus ensure the levels of comfort to the workers in the work environment. # Suitability of the securities for which the environment is favourable to the workers. # Implementation of programs ergonomic participatory involving all the workers involved in the problem and generate the solution for the same. # Implement a Manual describing the factors to incidents in the jobs office for the prevention of ergonomic hazards affect workers. # It is essential that the work to adopt suitable postures to prevent ergonomic hazards that worsen both the quality of life as well as the activities that you perform daily, because it is emphasizing on the importance of a healthy work environment where is meets the needs of the worker on the basis of the tasks they perform as well as the organizations. # ###
