It is known as Trianglesana. Stand 2 feet apart as per your convenience. The left spine should be touched by the left hand, with the knee bent, keeping the knees parallel.Keep your right hand evenly upwards with your left hand.The neck will bend in such a way that the vision is oriented towards the nozzle of the fingers of the right hand.Look at it for 5 to 10 seconds and stand straight again.
